How we can help with your cabling
Cabling underpins the IT and telecoms structure of any company. Whether you are looking for a complete installation for new premises or simply want an upgrade or add on to part or all of your existing set up, then Calibre’s professional and thorough approach will ensure a successful implementation.
Our qualified engineers have knowledge of telephone system cabling, and Cat 5e and Cat 6 installations, together with fibre optic solutions where traditional underground cabling is not practical.
In essence, the difference between Cat 5e and Cat 6 is connectivity speeds:
- Cat5e – This is the most common form of structured cabling used in offices, etc and provides connections of up to 100MBps.
- Cat6 – This form of cabling is growing in popularity because it can offer connections of up to 1000MBps, ideal for larger companies with data and call centres.
Calibre Comms telephone system cabling service includes designing, planning and implementation, delivering the optimum cabling solution for your business. We will manage the project for you and liaise with any other suppliers where necessary. We will keep you updated at every project stage and work in a manner which causes minimal disruption to your business. All our cabling (Cat5e, Cat 6 and fibre optic) is completed to the highest standards.
