Have you received an invoice or monthly lines and call bill and have a query?

- We carry out our billing procedure on a monthly basis, issuing invoices and reports via email on or around the 8th of the month. These document your call traffic for the previous month and also advanced payment for the following month’s line rental.
- Customers opting to pay via direct debit can expect their payments to be collected on or around the 25th of the month. The reports that accompany the invoice provide a detailed breakdown of calls and service charges.
